After your order has been received by us, you will receive a detailed order confirmation from us by email, listing every product ordered by you and price.

Can I cancel my order if it has not yet been sent?

An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been processed by us. If the order has already been processed, it will be dispatched to the delivery address indicated. In this case you may make use of your 14-day right of return.
